Do You Offer International Shipping?

Do you do custom orders?

Of course! Just click “customize” on the header, or simple use the custom designer on ┬áthe homepage to design a custom hat! Send us a message in the contact form for more information, we offer discounts if you order more than a dozen. At this time, large custom orders usually take about a week to arrive.

How do I pay?

Paypal, But if you don’t have a paypal account, you can still use your credit card at checkout! Just select “Credit/Debit” and pay directly with your card.

In the email, please include your name, shipping address, order content, and a contact phone number. A representative will contact you to process the payment over the phone.

If we are unable to reach you, we will provide you with a contact number to reach us.

Can I track my order?

If you used your PayPal account at checkout, you can login to your account and view your tracking number from the summary menu. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, message us with your name and address, we will provide it for you.

What is your return policy?

We will exchange any defective item and pay for return shipping. If you are looking for an exchange, you must cover return postage. You have up to 14 days after confirmed delivery to return. No refunds, sorry.
